Return & Refund Policy – Talaria USA

At Talaria USA, we want every rider to be fully satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy—giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@talariaebikes.com to request a return.
If your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with full instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All returned products are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
